Personal training studios are small businesses with something complicated to track: every member has their own package, a remaining session count on it, a payment plan and a calendar matched to a trainer. When those four live in a spreadsheet, the first thing to go missing is the remaining session count.
GymPro ties that information to a single source of truth. The relationship between package and payment lets remaining sessions and collected revenue be calculated independently, because a package paid for up front may not have been used yet, and the financials screen shows the two separately. Member intake was split into a four-step flow so the studio owner can complete it with the new member sitting in front of them.
One rule was deliberately made a constraint: a class slot holds four people. Rather than a configurable field it was fixed, because a hand-kept schedule quietly overfilling is exactly what the app exists to prevent. Training programmes are drafted with AI, and the trainer editing and approving the programme stays in place.
