Digital operations work begins with understanding how a process actually runs on the floor and ends with its digital counterpart delivered in working order. The five stages below are not separate services; they are the steps of one method I apply from start to finish on every engagement.
I map the workflow on site, alongside the people who run it, documenting the bottlenecks, the data requirements and the decision path.
I define the digital counterpart of the process: data model, permissions, integration points and interface structure.
I build the product with React, TypeScript, Next.js and Supabase. An AI-augmented workflow shortens delivery time; the architectural decisions remain mine.
I move the product into production, train the team that will use it and manage the transition period.
I track usage data and commercial outcome, then improve the process against what the measurement shows.
I started in store management at Teknosa. I worked on the product and technology side at Turkcell, managed a portfolio of a hundred and eighty pharmacies at GSK, and then took on digital marketing management for SMEs.
Through all of those years I saw software from the user's side. That is where I learned which screen genuinely helps on the floor and which report never gets opened.
Since 2024 I have been doing the same work from the producer's side. At Ado Mining I digitise the field IT processes of the group companies, and in parallel I build my own products for corporate operations. The chronology of that history follows below.
