Cloud POS & Restaurant Management · 2025
Cloud POS where the till, the kitchen display and the guest at the table share the same data in real time: QR self-ordering, shifts and end-of-day close, audit log.
Pricing, discounts, refunds and authority decided server-side; 210 unit and 34 end-to-end tests
In a restaurant an order has to be correct in three places at once: in the server's hand, on the kitchen screen and on the bill at the till. Any lag between those three comes back as a wrong plate or a ticket printed twice. Resto takes paper out of the loop and puts the three screens on the same data.
The till, the kitchen display, the menu and stock, expenses, reporting and administration all sit in one interface. A guest at the table can order from their own phone by QR code, and that order joins the same queue as the server's. The day closes with a counted till and an end-of-day report, after which a closed day's records can no longer be changed.
Because this is a cash business, pricing, discounts, refunds and authority were not left to the client: all of them are calculated server-side, and sensitive operations are written to an audit trail. If the connection drops, orders are not lost; they queue and are sent once it returns. Multi-branch use, fiscal integration and courier tracking were deliberately left out of scope.
