Hivemind did not start as the product it is now. The first version generated content by asking users for their own AI provider key: the screen asking for a key lost the audience at the door, and the service in between kept timing out. The server side was removed entirely and the project became a curated content library.
The library holds two hundred and fourteen guides across ten categories, each written in both Turkish and English. Every guide first covers the principles, the steps and the pitfalls of its subject, then supplies ready text that can be copied and used directly. The value now comes from the content itself rather than from a model called at request time.
Search was built around Turkish characters and keyboard differences, and a synonym mapping means a subject searched in Turkish also finds the English-tagged guide; when a narrow search returns nothing it widens automatically rather than leaving the user on an empty screen. That simplicity has a known cost: the addressing scheme means guides cannot be indexed as separate pages, so search visibility sits below what the content deserves.
