Creative and prestigious catalog facilitating sales representatives' work
In residential sales the customer is usually looking at something that has not been built yet. The more concrete the material in the sales team's hands, the shorter the pitch has to be. The digital catalogue produced for Hanedan Konakları was built around that: the project is held in twenty eight pages that can be carried into a sales meeting as a single file.
The catalogue opens on location, because for a project northeast of Antalya distance was the strongest argument: five minutes to the shopping centres, the airport and the hospital, and fifteen minutes to Konyaaltı Beach via the ring road. The scale of the project follows: three six-storey blocks, fifty four apartments, 5,102 square metres of land.
The amenities section presents the pool, the security arrangements, the children's play area and the sports court alongside imagery. The same pattern repeats throughout: figure first, then image, then explanation. The aim was a structure a salesperson can walk through in order from beginning to end.
